• The intended audience is young females, potentially those going through a breakup, you can tell this from the lyrics of the song which is quiet sad and also from the  expressions on the characters face, which are quiet sad also.
• 
  
• The genre is RnB/Dubstep, you can infer this from the upbeat type of tune, mixed in with the base tracks and cuts.
• The Narrative/Structure of the video is a type of mix between Disjuncture and Illustration.
• There is much Media Language in the clip, we see camera types such as hand held, tilts, close ups and pans, we see edits such as slow motion and filters.
• The representation seen in the music video is that of Gender, this is shown by the lipstick for example.

I thought that this previous student video should receive 36, because it had good camera shots and the use of editing such as slow motion in places were quite good and helped me to engage with the Music video, however it turns out the video received a full 40.
